ERA Retrieval Module to automatically gather your electronic remittance files. Our single -
system solution retrieves and delivers electronic remittance advice to your facility and
provides you with all the necessary prefilled paperwork needed to sign up for the process.
Simplified Payer Signup: Our support staff handles the process of submitting enrollment paperwork,
so all you have to do is select a payer from our list of participating or nonparticipating payers.
Rycan starts the enrollment process for you and emails you any additional forms that need to be
completed, prefilling as much information on the form as possible.
Missing Remits: Take the burden of searching for lost or missing remits off of your staff by letting
Rycan pursue the issue with the payer. When you request missing remits through our online interface,
we conduct all of the follow-up with the payer until the missing remit is retrieved, allowing you to
focus on reviewing the information, rather than locating it.
Payer Connections: We have an extensive amount of direct payer connections, including most Medicare,
Medicaid, BCBS, and commercial payers. If one of your payers is not on our list, you can request them
through our web-based software, and Rycan will begin the process to establish that connection.
