Denial & Audit Specialist
The Denial & Audit Specialist is responsible for providing customer support for all Rycan Technologies Inc., Audit products. Responsibilities include ensuring all customer support issues involving denials and audits are documented and resolved properly, researching healthcare audit programs, maintaining and updating Customer Relationship Management accounts, contacts, and support details, conducting software training and implementations on site with customers, and writing, proofreading, rewriting, and comprehending technical manuals. Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school; and three to four years related healthcare experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
