An Account Manager is responsible for providing technical support to clients regarding Rycans Healthcare Revenue Cycle software. Responsibilities include providing excellent telephone and email customer support, conducting online software training with customers, and coordinating with the COO and developers as a product manager for assigned modules. Other duties include maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth operation of software applications, conducting software testing and trouble shooting, and generating product documentation. To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess excellent customer service skills, above-average oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. An Associates degree or equivalent work experience, prior computer science and analysis experience, and prior customer service experience is preferred.
