HEALTHCARE CLAIM SUBMISSION MANAGER - POSITION FILLED

Rycan Technologies, a Marshall, MN based company, is seeking a qualified individual for the management and daily operation of Rycan’s claim submission software. Responsibilities include claim submission troubleshooting, customer service, healthcare code analysis, and implementing payer specific requirements. Must have expert knowledge and experience with third party payer requirements, government regulations (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) and billing requirements; excellent planning, management, and communication skills; knowledge and experience with acute care billing and revenue cycle required; and proven knowledge of UB04 and HCFA 1500 billing in a hospital setting. Individual will serve as the system administrator to the electronic billing systems and insure that the appropriate billing procedures are in place and followed to safeguard the privacy, security, and confidentiality of patient information. Five years progressively responsible experience in healthcare financial management. Individual must have proven track record in revenue cycle management (success stories such as days in AR decreased, etc). Familiarity with HIS systems such as Meditech, CPSI, HBOC, EPIC, etc. Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with proven leadership experience. Must also possess the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Position requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting or related field. Master's Degree is preferred. AAHAM or HFMA certification preferred. CONTENT WRITER - POSITION FILLED

Rycan Technologies, a Marshall, MN based company, is seeking a qualified individual for the creation and management of Rycan’s marketing content. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and reviewing all written content for Rycan. Applicants must have exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to research, conceptualize, write, proof read, and edit content with an extreme attention to detail. Content medias will include print, web, email, and various social networking formats. Applicant will develop headlines, body copy, captions, product descriptions, and advertising for Rycan’s suite of Healthcare Revenue Cycle software. Proficient knowledge of word processing software such as Microsoft Word or Adobe InCopy are required. Applicant must also possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A minimum of an Associate’s degree combined with computer science experience is highly recommended. Healthcare experience is not required, but preferred for this position.
